Are you upbeat, outgoing and interested in reaching out to neighbors? A strong and growing membership is one of the hallmarks of HOCC and is the primary goal of the Membership Committee. We accomplish this by providing a friendly face and information on HOCC to Overlook neighbors at events throughout the year.
